Umhlanga Arch is setting the precedent in all spheres of development, even in it’s marketing approach. The final phase of the International Property Awards took place in December 2017 in the UK. Having gone up against other 5-star nominees in Africa, Rainmaker Marketing won the coveted title of the “Best Development Marketing in Africa” for their marketing of Umhlanga Arch.
